What That Dream Meant....
I had a dream night on the night of the 13th that I had a baby. I woke up on Friday morning like WTF was that all about? Anyone who knows me knows that I have no desire to be a breeder. You know how weird dreams can be. In this one, I had no awareness that I was prego until I was laying on the table and I had this feeling that was equivalent to really bad gas. I looked down and all the sudden I see this baby head pop out with these striking blue eyes.
Consequently, the child coming out of the birth canal in the dream seemed a lot like Super Mario coming out of one of those green tubes from the warp zone. Also, Noel wants to know...whomybabydaddy? It couldn’t have been him with those blue eyes!
I’ll be the first to admit that this dream totally freaked me out. I’ll be 31 in less than a month and my biological clock has never ticked. So I asked myself, is this dream a proverbial ticking clock? Has my purely individual definition somehow turned tribal on me? Say it isn’t so, Ethel! I could feel those motherly bonding feelings of the dream even after I woke up....EWWWW!
Then it finally hit me today what the dream meant. I have been doing my Human Design homework this weekend and on Friday I listened to the "Neutrino Weather." It turns out that on March 12th at 8pm Saturn and Earth came together to create a global definition in the channel of MATING!! In Human Design, the position of the planets at any one point in time can create what are called "channels." These channels can affect us personally and can also create conditions in our environment that are related to the theme of the channel. In this case, I was apparently picking up on the tribal mating qualities of this global channel definition in my dream.
So, I am relieved! I did not turn into a breeder in my sleep! My biological clock is not ticking, and frankly, I don’t think that I have one. Joy! All is well with the world.
